Position Summary:
We’re looking for energetic, personable, and customer-focused individuals to join our Front of House team. In this role, you’ll be the face of Happy Tuna, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and has a memorable experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and engage with guests, providing outstanding customer service.
- Assist customers with menu selections and promote our offerings.
- Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area.
- Process orders accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations during service hours.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally and promptly.

Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in a full-service restaurant or fast-casual dining environment is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
