POSITION OVERVIEW
The Employee Experience Manager at Harbor Health will be instrumental in shaping our organizational culture, employee journey, and change management initiatives as we transform healthcare in Austin. This role will develop and manage programs that create an engaging, supportive, and meaningful experience for our team members throughout their employment lifecycle, while effectively leading change management strategies to support our evolving payvider model. As a key member of our People Operations team, you will work cross-functionally to build and maintain initiatives that reflect our innovative approach to healthcare delivery and payment models.
POSITION DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and implement comprehensive onboarding programs that effectively integrate new team members into Harbor Health's mission-driven culture
- Lead change management initiatives by developing communication strategies, training programs, and support systems to help employees navigate organizational transitions
- Assess organizational readiness for change and create targeted interventions to address gaps and resistance
- Create and execute change impact assessments and mitigation strategies for new processes and systems
- Develop and coordinate learning and development initiatives that support both professional growth and our understanding of the payvider model
- Create and manage engagement programs including mentorship opportunities, recognition systems, and culture-building activities that reinforce our collaborative approach
- Partner with leadership to establish and track meaningful employee experience and change adoption metrics
- Coordinate internal communications and events that strengthen team connections and reinforce our member-centered approach to healthcare
- Facilitate regular feedback channels and implement improvements based on employee insights
- Lead the planning and execution of company events, team building activities, and all-hands meetings
- Develop and maintain our Notion-based intranet as the central knowledge hub
- Create and manage a consistent cross-channel communication framework
- Measure and optimize communication effectiveness across platforms
