Position Overview
The Manager of Employee Experience will report directly to the Managing Director, with a dotted-line relationship to the Head of Global Employee Experience. This pivotal role will guide and enhance our employee experience in the U.S., while contributing to global strategies that align with Woom's vision and mission. You will oversee key HR functions and foster a culture of empowerment and growth throughout the employee lifecycle.
- Overall Support : Lead the US Regional core functions of EX and support Global EX strategy topics- both in contribution and execution
Employee Experience : Create and lead initiatives and programs that cultivate an empowered and growth minded team including Employee Engagement, Learning and Development and Office Experience.
EX Budget Management : Oversee the regional budget for employee experience initiatives, ensuring cost-effective resource allocation
Workforce Planning : Continuously improve and refine strategic workforce planning to optimize organizational structure
Project and Program Management- Participate in all current and new project and program management as needed to support the Global EX function
HRIS) : Ensure our HRIS(BambooHR) meets regional needs and compliance standards in partnership with other regions, facilitating efficient employee data management.
Change Management : Lead change initiatives, ensuring successful implementation and keeping the employee experience at heart
Manage a comprehensive talent strategy aligned with woom's growth plans, vision, mission & values and looking holistically at the business strategies and initiatives to ensure recruitment of talent with the requisite capabilities to achieve business goals.
