This is a full-time role for an Accounts Payable position at Harbor Truck Bodies Inc. The Accounts Payable role is a vital member of the finance team below are involve tasks related.
- Keeping Track of all expenditures, purchase orders, invoices and statement.
- Maintain precise records of all vendors’ payments.
- Monitor tax liabilities are paid on time.
- Research and approve new vendors and create new vendors accounts.
- Work with all facilities solving problems.
- Verifying vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statement and related transactions.
- Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balance.
- Maintaining Historical records.
- Paying employees by verifying expense reports and preparing pay checks.
- Paying vendors by scheduling paycheck and ensuring payment is received for outstanding credit.
- Responding to vendors inquires.
- Reward program verification uploads and updates.
- Telephone and internet services.
- Continues to improve the payment process.

Education
- College degree preferred but not required.

Pay: $22.00 - $23.00 per hour
