As an Accounts Payable you will : Posting Service Invoices for 10 15 entities Review 3-way match purchase invoices for approximately 20 vendors Maintain spreadsheets for monthly expenses such as rent, utilities, etc. Record weekly credit card charges Prepare for weekly check run, pull aging and invoices Scan checks with backup into Doclink Prepare checks for mailing Monitor Insurance renewals and be proactive in requesting renewal documents Provide spreadsheet to management for specials projects. An example is a weekly update on consulting dollars spent versus the contract. Process AR refund check requests This is a full-time opportunity. The ideal candidate will have Mandatory Skills : 3 years proven experience as an Accounts Payable Clerk or in a similar role. Expertise in Microsoft Excel and Sage100. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of accounts payable principles and practices.
