Primary Responsibilities & Duties:

The AP Specialist supports the Senior AP Specialist by ensuring the daily completion of activities are met. A successful candidate possesses excellent analytical skills.
Primary Responsibilities & Duties:
- Process vendor invoices using Sage accounting software
- Ensure correct costs are accounted for on merchandise purchases
- Code a high volume of invoices and ensure payment in a timely manner
- Work with Harcros locations to verify and resolve discrepancies
- Perform other duties as needed within the Accounting Department
- One year of Accounts Payable processing experience
- Understanding of basic accounting principles
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient with accounting software.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel
- The ability to learn and grow as an Accounting Professional
