We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Billing Specialist to assist with the timely processing of billing transactions for retailer statements. The ideal candidate will provide assigned research and correspondence support while ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all billing-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities :
- Process billing transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
- Support research and correspondence related to billing inquiries.
- Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Communicate effectively with retailers and internal teams regarding billing concerns.
- Utilize MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Word, for documentation and reporting.
- Work independently to meet deadlines and work requirements.
