What's the position?
As the People Development Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in executing the People Development Strategy across the business. This position involves the design, facilitation, implementation and evaluation of People Development Roadmap to enhance Team Member capability around behavior, skills, knowledge, and performance. You will collaborate with key stakeholders to identify development needs, develop and facilitate effective solutions, and foster a culture of continuous learning and development.
Key Responsibilities
Business Partnering:
- Contribute to the development and communication of the People Development strategic vision.
- Collaborate with the People Team’s senior leaders to integrate learning initiatives to support People Development and overall business strategies.
Learning Program Management:
- Design, implement, and manage a variety of learning programs, including leadership, coaching and other soft skills development.
- Ensure programs are aligned with industry best practices and tailored to meet the specific needs of the business.
Needs Assessment and Analysis:
- Conduct regular needs assessments to identify skill gaps and learning priorities across the business.
Learning Technology Integration:
- Stay abreast of emerging learning technologies and tools to enhance the delivery and accessibility of training programs.
- Monitor subscriptions for learning platforms across the business and provide data to inform decision-making for utilization purposes
Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with the People Team, department heads, and subject matter experts to gather insights and ensure training content is relevant.
- Communicate learning objectives, outcomes, and opportunities effectively to team members at all levels.
Performance Evaluation:
- Establish metrics and analysis to measure the impact of and return on investment of learning programs on individual, departmental and organizational performance.
- Contribute to the evaluation of Return on Impact and Investment through analysis of People Development programs effectiveness.
- Recommend adjustments to ensure desired outcomes are met and products within the People Development portfolio are continuously evolving to ensure effective learning initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Learning and Development, Human Resources or professional equivalent.
- Proven experience in leadership and soft skills development, with a track record of successfully implementing impactful training programs.
- Experience within a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of andragogy principles, instructional design, and learning technologies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to align learning initiatives with organizational goals.
- Familiarity with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
- Experience in the Gaming Industry a distinct advantage
