What's the Position?
We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join our quickly growing CRM team, whose primary focus will be enhancing retention, monetization and cross-sell campaign reporting and extracting meaningful campaign insights.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and refine measurement frameworks to assess campaign effectiveness
- Build and maintain end-to-end dashboards that provide a comprehensive look at CRM campaign performance
- Conduct deep-dive analyses to understand CRM campaign impact and customer behavior, enabling optimization
- Define and align key performance indicators (KPIs) for campaign evaluation
- Partner with our CRM Marketing team to understand use cases and requirements for reporting
- Guide members of the marketing team and ensure that they understand takeaways from our reporting and analysis
- Mentor less experienced team members
- Present analytical findings and recommendations to executive leadership
- Work with leadership to establish standard procedures and maintain best practices
