Overview:
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
This position is responsible for ensuring quality and service in their restaurant or department.
Responsibilities:- Promote a positive working environment and lead by example
- Ensure quality of hospitality, service, and product
- Responsible for scheduling, planning, timing, motivation, and supervision of all employees
- Responsible for daily financial controls
- Assists with the creation, tracking, and execution of strategies for concept and venue improvement
- Two (2) to four (4) years of restaurant management experience in an upscale, trendy establishment required or a combination of education and/or work experience
- Must be able to analyze Food and Beverage data
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be able to demonstrate and deliver a high level of service to our guests
- Has strong verbal and written communication skills
- Has ability to lead and develop a cohesive outlet team
- Strong computer skills to include MS word, excel, and Pos Systems
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- The Casino environment is hectic, fast-paced and often crowded and noisy. May be exposed to casino related environmental factors including, but not limited to, second hand smoke, excessive noise and constant exposure to general public.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with guests in English, specific to position duties and responsibilities.
