Analyze and resolve hardware and software problems, including operational discrepancies, job aborts, and network issues.
Procedure Development:
Assist in preparing and maintaining procedures for logging, reporting, and statistically monitoring PC performance.
User Support:
Liaise with end-users and staff on computer operation and other issues.
Installations and Configurations:
Install, configure, test, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot end-user technology, networked peripheral devices, and networking hardware products.
Training and Mentorship:
Provide training and mentorship to junior tech members and act as a liaison between vendors and other property departments.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or equivalent training and experience, project management skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills. Additionally, you must possess a strong understanding of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project, and OneNote. A Tribal Gaming License or the ability to obtain one is also required.
