What You'll Be Doing
Job Scope: Generally responsible for leading the response to Requests for Qualifications (RFQ), Requests for Information (RFI), Requests for Proposals (RFP), and related client proposal requests for the Hargrove family of companies. Manages proposal activity timelines and ensures all proposals that are submitted meet the Hargrove quality standards. Works in collaboration with leadership regarding tracking opportunity development and gathering client data for proposal strategy. This work will be performed under minimal supervision.
Primary Responsibilities Will Include But Are Not Limited To
Education: Bachelor of Arts in Business, Marketing, Public Relations, Communication (or related field) highly preferred.
Certification: No certification is required for this position
Experience: This position requires 3 or more years of business development, marketing and/or proposal experience in a professional environment

Primary Responsibilities Will Include But Are Not Limited To
- Support Business Development and Operations with qualifications and proposal preparation.
- Work in various client portals to download and upload proposal and qualification requests.
- Set up qualifications and proposal folders using a standard directory.
- Assist with opening and maintaining project opportunities in Deltek Vision.
- Schedule meetings and conference rooms while checking individual Teammate schedules in Outlook.
- Record and publish meeting minutes.
- Be responsible for setting up all meetings in advance, logging into the server and being the presenter.
- Create and pre-load response templates.
- Assist with drafting and developing content for proposal response library.
- Assist in updating and maintaining the project library.
- Coordinate with Finance and Accounting on rate sheets, templates, and spreadsheets.
- Coordinate with Contracts & Agreements on review and mark up of legal documents and verification of current terms and conditions for responses to clients.
- Coordinate with marketing to support presentation requirements, resumes and project histories.
- Maintain schedule of current opportunities with review dates and due dates.
- Packages presentations and other documents to be sent to clients.
- Utilize Deltek Vision, including Client Resource Management System (CRM) and reporting functions.

- Knowledge and experience within the proposal, qualifications and capture management field.
- Knowledge and experience within the Engineering, Architectural, Construction or Manufacturing industry
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- Ability to perform under pressure with multiple deadlines.

- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbal and written.
- Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to interface with clients, both external and internal.

- Ability to sit, stand or walk for long periods of time.
