Located on-site at the HARIBO of America corporate headquarters in Rosemont, Illinois, the ideal Executive Assistant will have 5 years of experience in administrative support, supporting C-Suite level or senior-level Executives. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have prior experience booking both domestic and international business travel, and extensive experience in organizing and managing calendars.

Responsibilities
- Provide full administrative support of the Chief Commercial Officer, managing calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, meeting preparation
- Manage schedules including scheduling meetings and appointments with full access to calendars, send and accept meeting invites, re-schedule meetings as needed, taking and relaying messages
- Arrange domestic and international business travel, including flights, hotel, car rental, and other related reservations
- Manage and maintain travel and expense reports, manage profile in Concur
- Create documents, spreadsheets, and other materials
- Assist in preparation of PowerPoint decks and other materials for Executive level meetings and all-company meetings
- Assist with other business projects as needed
- 5 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or Executive Assistant
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Proficiency in MS Word including Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams
- Prior experience booking business travel, both domestic and international, including flights, hotel, rental car, restaurant reservations, and other related business travel items
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field
- Prior experience supporting C-Suite or Senior level Executives
- Ability to work well under stress and high-pressure situations
- Highly organized
- Strong communication skills - both verbal and written
- Cross-functional collaboration experience with multiple internal business functions/departments
