Job Description

The Strategic Account Manager is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to grow and maintain key client relationships. This role requires a deep understanding of the company's products and services, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Main Objectives

  • Develop and implement strategies to grow and maintain key client relationships.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
  • Meet assigned targets for sales volume and strategic objectives within accounts.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Communication
    • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Leadership
    • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
    • Self-starter and motivated individual who works independently.
  • Technical
    • Strong computer skills with competency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).

Work Environment

This role requires extensive travel. Employee is required to use appropriate PPE including, but not limited to, nitrile or latex gloves, lab coat, hair bonnet, shoe covers, beard cover, safety glasses, hearing protection, face shield, or respiratory mask while working in a lab or manufacturing space.
