This is a great opportunity for someone with professional experience in an analytical capacity, most likely in accounting (Big 4 audit and transactions), investment banking, private equity, financial consulting, or real estate investment. Must have a strong work ethic commensurate with the episodic demands of a transaction-driven, entrepreneurial environment and a passion for real estate. Must have exceptional quantitative, financial modeling, and valuation skills.

- Support Investment, IR, operations, and asset management teams
- Develop and maintain complex financial models (cash flow) across sectors
- Monitor performance and conduct operational and variance analyses.
