Our long-term care facility is seeking a dedicated and experienced Receptionist. The Receptionist operates the front desk receptionist area, greets the public, and provides information in the best way possible.
Receptionist Key Duties
· Answers all incoming calls in a timely professional manner.
· Greet visitors and directs visitors appropriately.
· Various clerical duties as assigned.
· Review security cameras.
· Perform other job-related duties as they become required.
Receptionist Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- General clerical, telephone, and computer experience.
- Ability to use common office equipment. Computer programs including MS Office and Outlook.
