We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Home Care Marketer to join our team and expand our reach within the healthcare community.
Position Overview
As a Home Care Marketer, you will be pivotal in building relationships with referral sources and generating client leads. This is a field-based outside sales role, requiring daily face-to-face interactions with healthcare professionals, facilities, and organizations that refer clients for home care services.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Sales:
- Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with referral sources, including hospitals, physician offices, senior centers, case managers, discharge planners, and private pay sources.
- Generate new client leads and drive revenue growth through strategic marketing initiatives.
- Conduct daily face-to-face sales calls to promote Harmony Cares services and differentiate our brand.
Marketing & Outreach:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and referral pipeline.
- Represent the company at networking events, health fairs, and community engagement activities.
- Utilize CRM tools to track leads, referrals, and sales performance.
Collaboration & Client Engagement:
- Work closely with care coordinators, nursing staff, and administrative teams to ensure seamless client onboarding.
- Educate referral partners on the benefits of home care services and maintain ongoing communication.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales/Business Development within the healthcare, industry.
Strong existing relationships with referral sources and healthcare providers in the area.
Experience working with private insurance and private pay clients is a MUST.
Proven track record of generating leads and closing sales.
Ability to work independently, set goals, and execute sales strategies effectively.
Excellent communication, networking, and interpersonal skills.
Must have reliable transportation for daily travel.
