Harmony Homes of MN is hiring a Lead Direct Support Staff for a House on the Roseville/Little Canada Border. Your hours will be 1pm - 9pm Monday - Friday. It is a Full Time Benefit earning position. YOU MUST LIVE WITHIN 15 minutes of the home ad have a Driver's License, Insurance and Reliable Vehicle. We drive clients into the community.
The higher pay is for greater experience (longevity at previous position) and the spectrum of services you can provide.
Lead DSP's assist three developmentally disabled (non-aggressive) kind, fun, active males with passing medications, preparing meals, shopping, housekeeping and laundry, minor grooming and hygiene, playing games, escorting clients into the community for exercise, medical appointments and fun!
If LEAD, you will also assist the House Manager in her job duties. (Meal Planning, Grocery Shopping, Reviewing Petty cash and more.)

Ideally, we would like someone with CPR/First Aid and Med Certificates that are current and STABLE care-giving experience who lives near 55117/55112. You MUST have a reliable vehicle, driver's license and insurance as you do drive clients to appointments and activities.
