House Manager - Sagaponack, NY

Exceptional year-round opportunity for an experienced House Manager who would embrace a fast-paced setting with a principal who enjoys extensive entertaining. The primary focus of the position is to oversee all facets of this magnificent, luxurious SMART home nestled on sprawling grounds. The House Manager of the 12,000 sq ft property will direct all daily operations, manage budgets, coordinate vendors and maintain household inventories.
Will also hire, train and supervise up to 12 staff members (i.e. Chef, Gardeners, Housekeepers, Maintenance, Spa staff, etc.) and always ensure that jobs are done correctly and thoroughly to meet extremely high standards. The House Manager will need to monitor all systems including high tech equipment and Lutron electronics. Facilitating parties and special events and providing five star guest service are other important aspects of this role.
The ideal candidate is very tech savvy and has worked in a similar role in the Hamptons, familiar with the local resources. This individual must be a multi-tasker with a true service heart and outstanding hospitality skills. We are seeking an energetic, polished, professional leader who is extremely organized and detail oriented. One must understand and accept the 24/7 mentality. Non-smokers who are also health conscious only need apply.
This is a full-time year-round opportunity based in the Hamptons, however, the principal does reside in other properties as well.
