Overview
Provides leadership, administrative oversight, and direction to the areas of Registrar Services Collaborates with the Associate Provost, Deans, Information Technology and College Administrators to ensure the integrity, accuracy, and security of all academic records of current and former students. The Registrar also facilitates effective student registration and enrollment; builds secure student data files and sets policy and procedure for their responsible use; maintains up-to-date catalogs and manages efficient use of technology including Banner, and the degree evaluation system. The Registrar manages the processes for the articulation of transfer credits, graduation and certification of associate degrees, certificates, enrollment and degree verification, production of official transcripts, diplomas, and assists with coordinating the Commencement Ceremony.
