Job Summary
As a Restaurant Manager at Louie Oliver's, you will be responsible for supervising the day-to-day operations of our restaurant. Your goal will be to ensure that our department service goals are achieved, while maintaining our company's service culture and core values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the daily operation of Louie Oliver's effectively and efficiently.
- Ensure highest degree of customer satisfaction for Louie Oliver's.
- Analyze and evaluate Louie Oliver's operations to best achieve cost-effective running of the outlet.
- Conduct pre-shift meetings, make daily schedule adjustments and control shift staffing levels to meet budgeted labor costs.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years' related experience and/or equivalent combination of education and experience with at least 2 years of supervisory experience.
- Excellent communication, team-building and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and understand documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of an organization.
