Responsibilities:
Perform all duties with a Safety-First mentality.
Work directly with sales & service teams to estimate service projects from start to finish, including material, labor, and equipment costs.
Analyze project specifications and drawings to determine project scope and requirements.
Generate estimates aligned with company sales, revenue, and gross profit goals.
Explore alternative solutions to improve bid competitiveness.
Foster relationships with customers, vendors, and consultants.
Travel to job sites for data collection, progress assessment, and meetings.
Proactively seek new business opportunities.
Prioritize safety in all duties.
Demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Provide monthly forecasts/reports to management.
Requirements:
5-7 years’ experience in municipal or commercial industrial industries, with 1-2 years as a service or construction estimator.
Willingness to travel as needed.
Ability to handle sensitive information.
High energy level and ability to inspire teams.
Understanding of company and industry processes and regulations.
