Description
Architectural Designer II - Retail & Real Estate Projects
We're looking for a dynamic, creative, and solution-oriented Architectural Designer II to join our team! In this role, you'll collaborate with a talented, cross-discipline group to create exceptional designs for a range of exciting retail, automotive dealerships, multi-family, and large scale mixed-use development projects. You'll juggle multiple projects at once, leveraging your ability to problem-solve and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Working both independently and as part of a team, you'll have the opportunity to bring innovative concepts to life. Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
- Designer will use 2D and 3D software (REVIT) to assist the Design Team in the development of designs
and drafting construction documents in support of clients' building program
Job Duties include but are not limited to :
Maintain compliance with milestones established by Design Team Leads

Qualifications
Education Requirements : Equivalent of a bachelor's degree in architecture or interior design or an
Architectural Studies degree preferred but not required.
Licensure Requirements : None required
Year Experience Requirements : 5-10 years
