We are seeking a BIM Project Manager to lead Building Information Modeling (BIM) efforts for mega-sized construction projects ($200M ). This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless coordination between operations and BIM resources, driving quality, efficiency, and adherence to project schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage BIM processes for large-scale construction projects ($200M ).
- Act as the primary BIM representative and point of contact for General Contractors.
- Attend project meetings, ensuring alignment between Operations and BIM resources.
- Delegate work effectively, ensuring timely project execution and avoiding schedule delays.
- Take ownership of the BIM aspects of projects, ensuring accountability for outcomes.
- Review BIM deliverables for quality, contract scope compliance, and adherence to company standards.
- Travel to job sites as needed to support project requirements.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Expertise in Revit and Navisworks with a strong grasp of BIM methodologies.
- Ability to identify and vocalize potential project issues before they escalate.
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and prioritization skills.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Ability to foster a team-oriented work environment and collaborate effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Excel, Word, Bluebeam, and Outlook.
- Construction industry experience is preferred.

Salary : $90,000 - $110,000
