Harrison Gray Search is recruiting on behalf of an elite client seeking a Senior Account Executive in the Real Estate Insurance sector. This role offers the opportunity to manage a book of business valued at $1.5M , oversee high-value accounts, and mentor a team of insurance professionals.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and service a book of business with a strong focus on retention and growth.
- Lead client strategy meetings, marketing efforts, and carrier negotiations.
- Conduct loss analysis and risk assessments to optimize client coverage.
- Ensure compliance with all underwriting and policy requirements.
- Directly mentor and supervise Account Executives and support staff.
- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities to enhance client portfolios.
- Collaborate with leadership on strategic initiatives and process improvements.
Qualifications
- 7 years of commercial insurance experience (Real Estate focus preferred).
- Active Property & Casualty License.
- Expertise in EPIC, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
