We are seeking an experienced Front of House Manager to join our exceptional Team.
The Hartwood Restaurant & Whispers Pub offers a vibrant fine casual dining experience. Located in a scenic corner of Glenshaw, near Hartwood Acres, The Hartwood Restaurant is an approximately 250 seat restaurant with an English style pub on premise.
We are looking for a motivated leader with a passion for exceptional service to co-manage front-of-house operations including servers, hosts/hostesses, busses and bartenders. Oversees daily restaurant operations including inventory, dining flow, staff scheduling, training and mentoring servers, ensuring exceptional service standards, resolving customers concerns and contributing to a positive work environment. This position can be customized for the right candidate looking to be part of a growing successful business. Events experience desired, but not required.

Skills
- Successful working experience in Food Service Industry
- GED required, Degree in hospitality or related fields preferred but not required
- Familiar with use of POS and financial accounting systems
- Positive attitude, excellent communication skills, problem solver
- Well organized, comfortable setting priorities and delegating tasks
- RAMP certificate

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
