Accounts Payable & Office Clerk

Harvard Developments has an immediate 20 month contract opening for an Accounts Payable & Office Clerk to join its facility management team in Calgary or Edmonton. The successful candidate is primarily accountable for providing an exceptional customer experience in dealing with suppliers, contractors and internal personal while processing accounts payable, administering service contracts, and supplier contact management; along with related business communication, general office and real estate administration duties for an assigned portfolio.   Harvard is a full-service real estate management company based in Western Canada that is recognized for its reputation in leadership, flexibility, quality, and performance.
