The Sam’s Club Replenishment Insights Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of Supply Chain and Inventory for our clients. This role utilizes multiple data sources and works at a granular level to create inventory efficiencies for our client and retail partners. This role also plays a key role in the day-to-day execution of our client’s Sam’s Club business.

The Sam’s Club Replenishment Insights Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of Supply Chain and Inventory for our clients. Responsibilities
- Works directly with clients & retailer to manage in-stock levels, Club/DC inventory, forecasts, MABD/Fill Rate compliance
- Educates clients, peers, and other business partners on replenishment expectations and best practices
- Proactive planning and analysis to drive business from a replenishment perspective. Additional responsibilities include seasonal analysis, demand planning, policy recommendations, order recommendations, and forecast recommendations.
- Responsible for providing weekly reporting as well as identifying concerns with root cause analysis recommendations for correcting replenishment concerns.
- Responsible for assisting the with ad hoc requests and projects such as client form completion/compliance, new item setup, lead time audits, meeting preparations.
- This position will assist in the development of tools and processes to meet changing business needs within the industry.
- Takes a proactive approach to inventory management for changes in modular items including adds, deletes and store count changes.
- Actively participates in weekly calls
- Contributes to 30-60-90 planning meetings, modular updates and event support
- Plays a key role in the preparation of major meetings such as Line Reviews and Client Strategy meetings
- 2 years of experience in Order Management, Supply Chain/Logistics, Replenishment for Sam’s Club and/or Walmart
- Strong written communication and verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer service orientation; Ability to ensure a high level of service and quality is maintained
- Ability to gather data, to compile information, and prepare reports
- Understands the basics of negotiation to include common tactics and responses
- Willingness to travel
