Sales Support Analyst- Amazon Overview
The Sales Support Analyst acts to support the day-to-day execution of a brand’s Amazon strategy. They will work closely with the Amazon Account manager to dive into the daily operations of Amazon Seller and Vendor Central, including case and listing management, reporting, chargeback management, and other systems. The Sales Support Analyst will also provide support in ad hoc analysis of the business, 3rd party tools, and any special projects that come from the brand.
Responsibilities
- Understand the client and company strategy with Amazon’s direction and goals.
- Ensure daily operations of Amazon Seller and Vendor Central are executed swiftly and with excellence.
- Oversee and manage the current product listings, as well as new listing creation
- Open, track, and respond to cases regarding errors or other communications with Amazon
- Chargeback tracking and dispute management
- FBA inventory shipment creation and tracking
- Reporting and analytical support
- Assist Account Manager with ad-hoc requests
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in eCommerce ecosystem.
- Extremely curious, with a high capacity to learn.
- Ability to solve problems proactively and creatively, as an individual and with a team.
- Experience compiling and leveraging data into actionable insights.
- Must be detail oriented and able to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
- Strong Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.
