Key Responsibilities
- Client Engagement & Support
- Provide psychosocial rehabilitation counseling in both one-on-one and group settings.
- Develop individualized treatment plans, set measurable goals, and monitor progress.
- Group Facilitation
- Design and lead support groups that address a range of mental health needs.
- Adapt group activities and curricula to meet diverse client populations.
- Community Outreach & Collaboration
- Cultivate and maintain partnerships with local organizations, faith-based institutions, and community centers.
