Harvis HR is conducting a search on behalf of our client, Dougherty, Leventhal & Price LLP. The firm, founded in 1985, is ranked as a 2025 Tier 1 Personal Injury Litigation BEST LAW FIRM and prides itself on a team approach to help clients whose lives have been affected by personal injuries. DLP Law has an immediate opportunity for an experienced LITIGATION PARALEGAL.
This is a full-time, on-site position at their office in Kingston, PA.
Responsibilities include :
- Function as the "eyes and ears" for attorneys and keep them up to date.
- Meet with clients.
- Gather medical records and other discovery items.
- File writs and other documents.
- Prepare documents and correspondence.
