What are the responsibilities and job description for the Automotive Sales Manager position at Hatchett Devlin Automotive Group?
Hatchett Devlin Automotive Dealership is hiring for an experienced Automotive Sales Manager. This individual will be responsible for the development of the sales team, achieving sales goals that ultimately lead to increased profits for our dealership.
A leader in this position would possess Automotive experience of processes including the selling process, customer follow up, understanding and executing manufacturer requirements. Additionally, managing the day-to-day operations of a sales team including desking deals, T/Os, new vehicle allocation/ordering processes, OEM relationships, etc.
The sales manager is also responsible for daily coaching of sales team and development of newly hired sales associates including action plans, one-on-one coaching, increasing sales through appointments and daily accountability to their productivity.
