Housekeeper

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and staff alike. This position requires a strong commitment to high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, along with the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning duties in guest rooms, hallways, and common areas to ensure a pristine environment.
- Dust, vacuum, and mop floors while adhering to established cleaning protocols.
- Change linens, make beds, and replenish supplies such as toiletries and towels.
- Conduct thorough floor care including sweeping, mopping, and polishing as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are stocked and in good condition.
- Follow all health and safety regulations while performing cleaning tasks.
- Assist with special projects or deep cleaning initiatives as required.

Qualifications
- Previous experience in hotel housekeeping, custodial work, or hospitality is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Ability to operate industrial cleaning equipment safely and effectively.
- Knowledge of housekeeping management practices is a plus.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.
