Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. This role involves interacting with customers to assist with inquiries, provide product information, to assist the General Manager in closing sales and provide positive customer experience. Strong verbal and written etiquette and skills are required. Travel opportunities may arise.
Duties
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to address inquiries and resolve issues.
- Discuss product information to educate customers about features and benefits.
- Process orders accurately.
- Utilize phone etiquette skills to handle customer calls efficiently, providing information and support as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
Experience
- Possess basic math skills.
- Use Microsoft Word and Excel and a basic level
- Ability to discuss product details with customers
- Strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette and customer engagement.
