Service Coordinator – Customer Returns & Logistics

What You’ll Do:Logistics & Warranty Services
- Process and manage Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs) with efficiency and accuracy.
- Evaluate and troubleshoot returned products, determining resolutions in alignment with our customer-focused support protocols.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth flow of returned goods and replacements.
- Maintain inventory organization and tracking for service-related products.
Customer Experience & Support
- Provide personable customer service to domestic and international clients via email and phone.
- Support customers by managing product returns, streamlining interactions, and coordinating logistics to deliver exceptional customer service experiences
- Coordinate payment processing for service-related transactions.
Data & Workflow Execution
- Facilitate seamless communication and manage detailed product-return records across various internal systems, ensuring team alignment.
- Reconcile returned and shipped items, ensuring accurate inventory tracking.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance across domestic and international standards by efficiently managing records, paperwork, and regulatory requirements.

- Someone highly organized with the ability to manage and coordinate multiple simultaneous workflows and processes
- Someone who excels at problem-solving and who pays attention to every detail to make sure that our clients and any unexpected challenges are handled quickly and accurately
- Someone detail-oriented who will thrive working with financial records, documentation, workflows, and inventory data.
- Someone comfortable using Google Suite, with additional consideration given if you've worked with Salesforce, Asana, or Acctivate.
- Someone with a valid driver’s license with dependable and daily transportation to work.
- Someone who is a clear communicator, a sharp thinker, and who can adapt to various work environments
- We're seeking a self-motivated individual who demonstrates initiative and takes pride in delivering high-quality work.
Education and/or Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service
- 1-2 years experience preferred in logistics or related field
- An Associate’s degree in business or a related field is preferred, but candidates with a high school diploma or equivalent are encouraged to apply.
Language and Mathematical Skills
- Ability to read and speak English and comprehend verbal and written instructions
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
- Basic mathematical skills, with preferred proficiency in data analysis
Reasoning Ability
- Demonstrate the ability to anticipate and solve practical problems or resolve issues.
- Ability to expertly navigate situations, solve problems, and create structure in a rapidly changing environment.
