What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance/Janitorial Supervisor full-time (Lihue on Kauai) position at Hawaiian Building Maintenance?
We have full-time Maintenance/Janitorial Supervisor opening in Lihue (located on Kauai) at a retail center. Candidate must have a valid driver's license, previous hands-on maintenance experience, light plumbing, electrical, carpentry and painting experience is required. Must be comfortable with creating reports, sending emails, communicating with customers. Previous supervisory experience preferred. We are a major facility service company with excellent benefits including 401k plan with employer match, vacation, and competitive wages.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday 5am-1:30pm
Compensation:
- $21.50/per hour
