We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Customer Service Representative with an emphasis on inside sales to join our growing team at Hawk Disposal Services, a leading provider of portable restroom rentals, temporary fencing, and roll-off dumpsters. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while promoting and selling our products and services. You will serve as a key point of contact for customers, guiding them through their rental needs and ensuring they receive the right solutions to meet their event or construction site requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Support & Sales: Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat, providing accurate information about our portable restroom rentals, temporary fencing, and roll-off dumpsters.
- Product Consultation: Help customers choose the right products based on their specific needs (e.g., event size, duration, construction projects, etc.) and offer tailored recommendations for rentals.
- Sales Generation: Proactively upsell additional services and products, such as extra cleaning services, longer rental periods, and specialized products.
- Order Processing: Accurately enter customer orders, schedule deliveries, and coordinate with our logistics team to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.
- Issue Resolution: Address customer concerns or issues promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Troubleshoot problems related to deliveries, installations, or product quality.
- Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and repeat customers, ensuring that their future needs are met and that they are satisfied with our services.
- Sales Goals: Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate customer records, including order details, billing information, and notes about customer interactions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the operations and logistics teams to ensure that customer needs are met on time and accurately.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up to date with all company products and services, including the features and benefits of our portable restrooms, temporary fencing, and dumpsters.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
