Administrative Assistant – Hawkins Elder Law PC
Location: Sullivan, Indiana (In-Person Only)
Compensation: $17 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time

Hawkins Elder Law PC is seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our team! Our law firm focuses on the areas of elder law, estate planning, trust administration, and estate administration, helping families navigate these important legal matters with care and professionalism.
1. What You’ll Do:
✔ Greet and assist clients in person, over the phone, and by e-mail
✔ Manage and organize documents
✔ Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
✔ Assist attorneys and paralegals in case management
✔ Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth office operations
2. What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail
- Solid proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat
- Problem-solving mindset
- Friendly and outgoing personality
