Your role: Deliver exceptional on-site service and technical advice, manage facility and service operations, and engage proactively with customers to enhance satisfaction and drive future sales opportunities.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating and performing installations and maintenance
- Conducting equipment tests to assure operational efficiency
- Training clients on equipment handling and troubleshooting
- Planning and leading preventive maintenance efforts
- Documenting service activities effectively
In-house tasks involve:
- Testing custom project solutions
- Preparing service quotes for customer needs
- Providing remote technical support through expert troubleshooting
- Managing service logistics for site visits
- Maintaining client records through meticulous documentation
Qualifications include: Technical proficiency, a service mindset, and strong communication skills across organizational levels. An AS degree or relevant experience with a background in reading technical diagrams and standards. Familiarity with safety and compliance codes.
