Landscaper/Grounds Maintenance Tech
Candidates must have landscape experience. (Mowing, Trimming, Edging, Fertilization, Irrigation, Etc.) Positions will be for the care and maintenance of the common areas.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Mowing, edging, and blowing
- Spreading mulch, laying sod, moving soil
- Planting, maintaining flower beds, weeding
- Trimming shrubs and low tree branches
- Using hand tools, power tools and/or equipment to perform landscape tasks
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
