Job Overview:
As a Door-to-Door Sales Representative with Hawx Pest Control, you will be the face of our company, reaching out to homeowners directly to offer our trusted pest control services. This position is ideal for motivated self-starters who enjoy interacting with people and thrive in a field-based role. You'll be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction through personal, one-on-one interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Door-to-Door Sales: Engage with potential customers by going door-to-door to introduce our pest control services and explain their benefits.
- Lead Generation: Identify and approach potential customers in targeted neighborhoods to offer pest control solutions.
- Customer Consultations: Conduct brief consultations to understand customer concerns and recommend the appropriate pest control services.
- Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals through effective pitching and customer follow-up.
- Client Relationship Management: Build rapport with customers, providing excellent service and ensuring customer satisfaction with follow-up visits and communication.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on pest control products and services to provide accurate information and address any customer questions or concerns.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other sales representatives and management to share insights and refine sales strategies.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in door-to-door sales or field sales is preferred but not required. Training will be provided.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers and build rapport quickly.
- Positive attitude, perseverance, and self-motivation to achieve and exceed sales goals.
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Ability to handle objections and rejection professionally while maintaining persistence.
- Must be comfortable with physical aspects of door-to-door sales, including walking for extended periods.
