Key Responsibilities:

- Sales Strategy: Effectively communicate the value of Hawx Pest Control services, tailoring your pitch to address customers' specific pest control needs.
- Product Knowledge: Stay well-informed about our services, treatment options, and pricing to answer customer questions confidently and accurately.
- Lead Generation: Identify and record potential leads, following up to maximize conversion rates.
- Goal Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Team Collaboration: Participate in regular team meetings, share strategies, and contribute to a positive and results-driven work environment.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activity, and contracts using company-provided tools.
