Job Title: School-Aged Childcare Director (Summertime Program)
Position Type: Full-Time (40 hours/week)
Duration: Summer Program (Must have availability 05/27/2025 through 08/15/2025)
We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic School-Aged Childcare Director who is passionate about working with school-aged children and creating a dynamic, engaging summer program. This position requires a motivated leader to manage our summer program, develop curriculum, and build strong relationships with families and staff.
What You'll Do:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the school-aged childcare program, ensuring a safe, fun, and educational environment for children.
- Plan and implement a curriculum with exciting, hands-on activities that promote creativity, learning, and social development.
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and staff, creating a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere.
- Supervise and lead a team of childcare providers, ensuring high-quality care and consistent communication with parents.
- Foster a nurturing and positive environment where children can grow and feel valued.
- Collaborate with a team of passionate staff members to improve programs and make learning fun and engaging for children.
- Handle administrative tasks including scheduling and budget tracking.

First Aid and CPR certifications are required or must be obtained upon hire.
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour (depending on experience)
