They also provide supportive services to enhance residents' quality of life, fostering a sense of community and stability.Your new role As the AVP of Compliance, you will oversee the compliance aspects of our affordable housing portfolio across California. You will ensure that all properties adhere to federal, state, and local regulations, as well as organizational policies. Your responsibilities will include conducting audits, managing compliance reporting, and providing guidance on regulatory matters to ensure the long-term sustainability and success of our housing initiatives. What you'll need to succeed Experience : Proven experience in compliance management within the affordable housing sector.Knowledge : In-depth understanding of federal, state, and local housing regulations and compliance requirements.Skills : Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
