I have partnered with a prominent organization dedicated to improving affordable housing and community facilities in California. This organization focuses on meeting the housing needs of underserved populations by developing and managing affordable housing projects. Your new role

As the AVP of Compliance, you will oversee the compliance aspects of our affordable housing portfolio across California. You will ensure that all properties adhere to federal, state, and local regulations, as well as organizational policies. Your responsibilities will include conducting audits, managing compliance reporting, and providing guidance on regulatory matters to ensure the long-term sustainability and success of our housing initiatives.

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience : Proven experience in compliance management within the affordable housing sector.
• Knowledge : In-depth understanding of federal, state, and local housing regulations and compliance requirements.
• Skills : Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
