The successful candidate will assist in overseeing financial operations, support payroll processing, and ensure smooth day-to-day activities within the department.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing daily accounting operations.
- Process accounts payable and receivable.
- Handle various administrative and HR-related tasks.
- Support payroll processing and ensure timely payments.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
- Assist with internal and external communication.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide necessary support.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 3 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel.
- Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
- Administrative experience and familiarity with HR processes.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to multitask.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
