This includes setting clear objectives for team members and providing mentorship to foster their professional growth.Manage Accounts Payable and Receivable : Ensure efficient processing of all incoming and outgoing payments, maintaining accurate records and timely reconciliations. Monitor cash flow and financial obligations to optimize working capital and support operational needs.Maintain the General Ledger : Oversee the integrity of the general ledger by ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately and in accordance with established accounting principles. Regularly review account balances and make necessary adjustments to reflect true financial status.Ensure Regulatory Compliance : Stay updated on relevant regulations and compliance standards, implementing necessary changes to internal controls and accounting practices. Conduct regular assessments of compliance protocols to mitigate risk and protect the organization's financial health.Support Financial Policy Development : Collaborate closely with the Head of Operations to design and implement robust financial policies that enhance operational efficiency and promote best practices across the organization.
