Hayward Concrete LLC. Is seeking highly skilled, motivated, and determined Concrete Wall Foreman to oversee and lead our concrete wall projects. The Wall Foreman will take supplied plans, sketches, and site markings, and lead the wall crew by organizing and completing projects such as installing concrete footings, wall for basement, frost walls, retaining wall or pouring slabs as well as any other construction projects as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all aspects of concrete construction projects which include, laying out footings and wall forms, setting grades, ordering all jobsite materials, ordering concrete, scheduling pumps, and coordinating equipment needs
• Scheduling manpower in the most efficient way possible
• Maintaining a strong work ethic and adhering to high standards of quality, upholding the company's high level of excellence
• Demonstrates positive customer and employee relations and communicating daily with business owner, manager, field supervisor and staff accordingly
• Driving Heavy Trucks and operating various pieces of power equipment

Qualifications:

• Excellent masonry skills with 8-10 years of hands-on experience including ability to professionally manage a crew
• Ability to measure concrete yardage and order all materials efficiently to complete projects
• Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and project specifications
• Strong communication, mathematical, organizational and time-management skills and abilities
• Robust knowledge of concrete practices, materials and tools
• Ability to foster a positive team atmosphere
• Ability to perform physically demanding work on a consistently basis, including lifting up to 100 pounds
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
• Ability to work outside in all weather conditions
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record, CDL helpful but not required
• Professional appearance and knowledge of building codes.

Company vehicle is provided to travel from shop to job sites with company gas card and company phone are provided. Opportunity to work year-round after concrete season on the carpenter side of business.

Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
