Responsibilities:
The Incumbent is a key member of the Integrated Development Team (IDT) that includes Development Services Officers (DSOs) and Development Officers (DOs). The incumbent achieves a level of team performance that maintains DO confidence in, and reliance on the team for essential support in frontline fundraising. Cross-training in all forms of work within the Development Services Group (DSG) is mandatory.
  • Act as Development Services Officer to Development Officers
  • Manage the grant proposal and report process
Qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent six years work experience plus four years of fundraising-related work experience
  • Significant experience with Raiser’s Edge, CRM and relational database systems, office technology
  • Understands principles of Lean Six Sigma and quality systems such as TQM and TOC
  • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated people skills and leadership qualities
  • Experience using Microsoft Office programs including Excel
  • Demonstrated attention to detail
