Job Description
This role involves working within our Production team to manufacture large steel casting belts from steel sheets and coil stock using automatic and semi-automatic machinery. The successful candidate will be responsible for manipulating the belts on and off the equipment, ensuring teamwork and safety throughout the process.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To excel in this role, you will need a 'Safety Above All Else' mindset, the ability to work effectively within a team environment, and individually as needed. You should also possess a drive to learn, ask questions, and share knowledge acquired, with an eye for detail focused on pride in craftsmanship. Additionally, you will require mechanical ability/experience, experience with construction/carpentry tools and automated machinery, and experience operating a forklift (if applicable).
